Participants will be able to attend 4 workshops and take home plenty of ideas, freebies, and curriculum that is coordinated with MI and IN state standards.
Children learn best when they are interacting with a topic that interests them. Nature has the power to capture students’ imagination and attention. And students don’t even have to leave the school yard to find it! The natural world can be used not just to meet science standards but also areas of: Math, Language Arts, Writing and Art as well. The “Teaching with Nature” conference is designed to assist teachers use the natural world to help student’s meet learning objectives.
The Cost of this event is only $15 which includes lunch!
